INGREDIENTS
Sirloin steak
1 inch thick
Olive oil
¼ cup
Pepper
Salté Sea Salt Flakes
(Premium Pyramid Pure Sea Salt Flakes)
RECIPE
- Season the steak on both sides with Salté sea salt (Premium Pyramid Sea Salt Flakes) and pepper.
- Heat the pan over medium high heat and then pour the olive oil into the pan.
- Place the steak in the pan. Leave for 3-4 minutes on each side and 1 minute on the 4 edges until the meat turns a nice brown color.
- Take the steak off the grill and let it rest for at least 10 minutes off the heat.
- Finish off with a sprinkle of Salté sea salt over the steak to give dimensional taste and make the dish perfect.
