Spaghetti Aglio E Olio

Original menu among all pastas: basic menu and special flavour with simple ingredients (garlic, chilli, parsley and Salté)


Dried spaghetti for 4 persons.

4 to 6 cloves garlic, very thinly sliced.

4 to 6 crushed red pepper flakes.

Chopped fresh parsley

¼ cup

Good-quality olive oil

¼ cup

Salté Sea Salt Flakes
(Premium Pyramid Fine Sea Salt Flakes)


  1. Cook the spaghetti in a generously- salted pot of boiling water (1 tablespoon Salté salt) until it is just one minute shy of being al dente. (Do not overcook the spaghetti)
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes. Add an extra pinch of Salté salt and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes or until the garlic is lightly golden.
  3. Once the pasta is ready, transfer the pasta immediately to the sauté pan, along with ¼ cup of the hot starchy pasta water. Toss the pasta 30-50 sec continuously or until it is evenly coated in the garlic sauce.
  4. Off the heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Decorate the dish as preferred.
