Original menu among all pastas: basic menu and special flavour with simple ingredients (garlic, chilli, parsley and Salté)
INGREDIENTS
Dried spaghetti for 4 persons.
4 to 6 cloves garlic, very thinly sliced.
4 to 6 crushed red pepper flakes.
Chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup
Good-quality olive oil
¼ cup
Salté Sea Salt Flakes
(Premium Pyramid Fine Sea Salt Flakes)
RECIPE
- Cook the spaghetti in a generously- salted pot of boiling water (1 tablespoon Salté salt) until it is just one minute shy of being al dente. (Do not overcook the spaghetti)
- Heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes. Add an extra pinch of Salté salt and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes or until the garlic is lightly golden.
- Once the pasta is ready, transfer the pasta immediately to the sauté pan, along with ¼ cup of the hot starchy pasta water. Toss the pasta 30-50 sec continuously or until it is evenly coated in the garlic sauce.
- Off the heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Decorate the dish as preferred.
